Ingredients:

– 1 col (soup) of chia seed;

– 1 cup (200 ml) coconut water;

– 4 large slices seedless watermelon, frozen;

– 4 col (soup) of lemon juice-sicilian;

– col 1 (coffee) rasa of cayenne pepper;

– 2 col (soup) of demerara sugar;

– basil leaves or mint (optional).

Prepare mode:

Chia seed mix with coconut water and let rehydrate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Then whisk this mixture in a blender with the frozen watermelon, lemon juice, pepper, sugar and basil or mint. Distribute in own popsicle molds with some whole basil leaves (optional) and take to the freezer for 2 hours. Stick the popsicle sticks and take it back to the freezer until the next day and turn out in time to serve.
